To view the results of a survey, follow these steps:
1. After signing in to your Microsoft Dynamics CRM, click on Pobuca Loyalty menu.
The two tabs that are going to be used for viewing survey results are:
- Survey Answers
- Survey Answer Details
By clicking on Survey Answers, the list of survey answers that are created is displayed. A survey answer is created automatically when a survey recipient submits the survey.
Each survey answer is a record for the relative submitted response and it contains a summary about it.
When you click on a survey answer, you can see more details relating to it, like who submitted it (Contact/Account/Lead) and when (Created On).
Survey Answer Details
By clicking on Survey Answer Details, the list of survey answer details that are created is displayed. The survey answer details are created automatically when a survey recipient submits the survey.
Each Survey Answer Details record is a sub-record of a Survey Answer and contains the exact answers that the recipient gave for the survey.
When you click on a Survey Answer Details record, you can see more details relating to it.
The user can generate a report for the survey by following this steps:
Click on Pobuca Loyalty > Click on Surveys > Click on the survey > Click on the three dots at the top right side > Click on Run Report
